You may cancel or change your artwork anytime before your final work is sent to you via email. After your final work is sent, I will make one revision based on comments or requests and resend the work to you. All sales are final after the final work and one revision is sent to you.
You will receive a draft of your work for your approval usually within 2-3 business days AFTER I receive your photos. Your requested revisions will be made and your final artwork will be sent with 2 business days.
The final artwork files are yours to keep and use in any manner you like. In addition, your pet’s artwork will be posted to https://fineartamerica.com/profiles/3-rebecca-lang where you or others can purchased framed art, canvas, and/or home goods featuring your pet. Your pet’s artwork will be posted for a minimum of 30 days after you receive your final digital images.
Return and Refund Policy
You may changed the artistic style or your photograph prior to the finished artwork being complete.
You may cancel your order BEFORE the finished artwork has been emailed to you.
To make any order changes, please email orders@apetslifeinart.com and include your name and order number.
Your refund payment will be refunded to the account you used to make the purchase. This process is done within the GoDaddy.com payment platform or Paypal. No exceptions can be made to this policy. Refunds will be processed immediately by A Pet’s Life in Art and you will be notified by email when the refund has been initiated. The time in which the payment is sent and received is dependent upon GoDaddy.com’s payment processing platform.
FOR YOUR PRIVACY, I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT ANY TIME. Please do not request any changes to the refund procedure.
